Make Up Day

Conditions: 62 degrees and mildThe first Wednesday edition of F3 Camden Boot Camp was a make-up day for the lightning storm no-go Tuesday.  Great weather and dry ground made for a memorable trip through a section of Camden known as Boogertown.  Noticing the well-lit streets every F3 morning on commute to Rectory Square, the Q decided to take advantage of his home turf.  The lasting memory of the trek was a much admired gas-powered bicycle flying down Chesnut Street.  He’s the rest of it.DisclaimerWarm up: SSH IC x 20Arm circles IC x 15, Backwards 15, Overhead Raises x 15
