Man in the Mirror (the sequel)

Ode to my virgin post 3 months ago under the watchful eye of the virgin Q that day…Harper Valley and the “Man in the Mirror”…I know what that man in the mirror looked like then (he almost died that day), I wanted to find out how the man in the mirror looks 3 months later.  Minus a bum knee, I never felt close to death this time around.  Thanks for being there Harper Valley…oh…wait.Disclaimer/IntroductionWarm-up

  • Side Straddle Hop (SSH) x 25 IC
  • Little Baby Arm Curls (LBAC) x 15 IC then reverse
  • Through the Tunnel x 15 IC
  • Squats x 25 IC
  • 20 Merkins on your own

Mosey to center of the park and repeat above in reverse

  • 20 Merkins on your own
  • Squats x 25 IC
  • Through the tunnel x 15 IC
  • LBAC x 15 IC then reverse
  • SSH x 25 IC

Get bricks and find a partner and head to corner of Rectory/Fair

  • One partner 20 Merkins, other partner does squats until merkins complete
  • Partners switch and then hold plank until everyone is done

Hallelujah run to corner of Fair/Chesnut

  • One partner completes 20 arm raises, other partner does Mountain climbers until bench press is complete
  • Partners switch and then hold air chair until everyone is done

Hallelujah run to Chestnut/Lyttleton

  • One partner completes 20 shoulder presses, other partner does lunges until shoulder presses are complete
  • Partners switch and then hold plank until everyone is done

Hallelujah run to Lyttleton/Rectory

  • One partner completes 25 bent rows, other does arm curls until bent rows are finished
  • Partners switch and then hold air chair until everyone is done

Hallelujah back to Chesnut/Lyttleton and repeat each corner until we return and finish at Rectory/FairTennis Courts for some core work

  • Drop off bricks and head to tennis courts
  • Partner A does 15 flutter kicks while partner B does little baby crunches (LBC). When partner A is done, he runs to relieve partner B who then runs to other side to do 14 flutter kicks while partner A is doing LBC

  • 14 FK/LBC tag partner
  • 13 FK/LBC tag partner
  • 12 FK/LBC tag partner
