Lost and Found

Conditions: Muggy 73 degrees 18 Pax showed up this steamy morning for another one of YHC’s circuits through his home turf of Boogertown.  Procrastination is normally not a good thing but it left this workout free of YHC’s tinkering and over complication.  We had a scare with a lost wedding ring but to the relief of the Pax, it was found.  Mumblechatter was pretty constant; a sign of fitness and strength.  The rumor was true and we were in fact joined by one of Camden’s finest ball coaches this Tuesday morning.  Welcome Denny “Skipper” Beckley.Warm Up:SSH IC x 25Mt.
