Wingback and YHC thought a 100-rep themed workout was a good idea. Here’s what happened.

The Thang:

Mosey to the Battle Loop for first half with Minion and partner up. While Partner 1 starts on set exercises, Partner 2 runs the Battle Loop. Once lap is completed, flap and jack and continue to switch until all exercises are completed.

Cool down w/ Windshield Wipers x20

Hand over the PAX to Wingback for second half. Fast mosey around the school to the courtyard, picking up a paver on the way by.
