Conditions: 42 and Crisp.Due to a shortage of Qs from a variety of ailments (pink eye, black lung, crying babies, etc.), Hope Solo got called up once again to lead the PAX in our morning routine. Shocked about the opportunity to lead these fine men once again early in the gloom, the Q tried to minimize the cardio after the grumblings from last go-round. The PAX immediately regretted that decision and Hope Solo does as well while he struggles to type this Backblast the following day.Not to be outdone by our visitors from Flo-Town (Uhaul & Foxy) who threw sandbags into our game, the Q knew endless bear crawls and Roxanne simply wasn’t going to cut it. The only other alternative was what I believe is the first for F3 Camden—Farmers Carry and Death By Blocks.THE THANG:

  • Mosey and Circle-Up.
  • Little Baby Arm Circles—Front/Back. x 12 IC
  • Raise the Roof x 12 IC
  • Overhead Clap x 12 IC
  • Squats x 12 IC
  • Merkins x 12 IC

Jog to the fence to find the hidden coupons AKA the PAX’s partner for the rest of the morning AKA Concrete Blocks.Round 1 of PAX on/with his Block:

  • 20 Mountain Climbers on Blocks
  • 20 Merkins on Blocks
  • 20 Kettlebell/Block Swings
  • 20 Squats with Blocks

Plank until everyone done.Round 2:

  • 15 Mountain Climbers on Blocks
  • 15 Merkins on Blocks
  • 15 Kettlebell/Block Swings
  • 15 Squats with Blocks

Plank until everyone done.And if that wasn’t enough, Round 3:

  • 10 Mountain Climbers on Blocks
  • 10 Merkins on Blocks
  • 10 Kettlebell/Block Swings
  • 10 Squats with Blocks

Plank until everyone done.Mosey to Tennis Courts to grab your other Partner for the rest of the workout—another Pax.Farmers Relay: Round 1:

  • Partner 1 Farmers Carry with both blocks to End Line, 10 SSH, Farmers Carry back to start, while Partner 2 does Bobby Hurley until Partner 1 gets back. Switch.
  • Partner 1 Farmers Carry with both blocks to End Line, 10 SSH, Farmers Carry back to start, Partner 2 does Flutterkicks until Partner 1 gets back. Switch.
  • Partner 1 Farmers Carry with both blocks to End Line, 10 SSH, Farmers Carry back to start, Partner 2 does Burpees until Partner 1 gets back. Switch.
  • Partner 1 Farmers Carry with both blocks to End Line, 10 SSH, Farmers Carry back to start, Partner 2 does Air Squats until Partner 1 gets back. Switch.

Round 2: Repeat of above, except no Farmers Carry—the PAX sprint to each side, SSH, sprint back.  Core Work:

  • With your partners (PAX and Block), do 50 total Big Boy Sit-ups while Passing Block.
  • Mickey’s Hand of Time—20 each.
  • 20 Big Boy Sit-ups with partners (PAX and Block)
  • Mickey’s Hand of Time—10 each.
  • Race your partner to 75 LBCs.
