Started with SSH, then little baby arm circles, then reverse, and finished up with through the tunnel all in cadence. Then mosey over to the stash of over sized pills!
Mosey over to the Bus Loop/ Car drop off not sure which one it is. Then as my workouts always go partner up, so you have some encouragement and someone to make sure to push your self! Starting at the top of the loop 10 incline merkins on the curb then rotate to decline merkins on the curb. Then grab your pill for curls for the girls! Then run to other end of the loop, when crossing crosswalks have to stop and do a burpee. Then bottom end of the loop have 10 big boy sit up, 10 flutter kicks and 20 LBC’s. Trying to get to 100 incline, decline, big boy sit ups, flutter kicks and 200 curls for the girls and LBC. Had to modify ran out of time. Work was done!! Mosey back to drop off pills and back to COT.
