Intro: 20 PAX showed up to represent F3Camden this morning on what was a very muggy morning. Your HYC did not sleep very well. The Goal of every Q is to bring a tough workout but I could not sleep thinking about how I wanted to present the Title, “We Dont Do Life Alone!” In a day and age where everyone seems to spew hate, I am thankful for this positive Band of Brothers we call F3Camden. We come from diffent backgrounds and yet that has had no bearing on our fellowship and relationships. None of that matters when you sweat and are being pushed by our the Gloom Pax! So we got after it.

THE THANG- Partner up. Partners will run down Union to a cone and one will do one exercise and the other will do a second. Each will swap exercises and then run back to the top and do 5 Burpees. Each time partners will decend lower down Union and return to top.

- Lunge Walk down and bear crawl back
- SSH/Curls (50)
Water Break- Much needed
Repeat Merkin/Squat (25) before reversing back to COP.
