The Thang: Mosey to brick pile, grab two bricks and line up on goal line. At this point I’m having a hard time remembering what we did, so if it sounds a little off, it probably is. 10 dirty birds ic, 10 over head clap ic (yhc was still trying to plan the next move) with Iron pax coming up soon he called out some bonnie blairs. Only 10 2cnt then lunge to 10 yd line 20 squats, lunge back and Al gore on the six. Sprint to 50 yd line and back! Next was 5 burpees bear crawl to 10yd line do 5 merkins, bear crawl to 20 yd line do 10 merkins, bear crawl to 30 yd line do 15 merkins, plank on six. From there we did 10 BBSU and crab crawl to 20 yd line 10 more BBSU, crab crawl to 10 yd line do 10 more BBSU, crab crawl to goal line. Sprint to 50 yd line and back. Put Bricks up and mosey to Stadium stairs! Perform 5 burpees run down stairs and back up for 10 Squats, repeat 5 times. With nothing left in the tank, Happy Trees was called on for his illusive beat down skillz! HE NEVER FAILS! Line up at light poles. First light pole 3 burpees mosey to second for 5 merkins, back to first for 3 more burpees, mosey to third for 5 merkins, flag was at fifth pole where we stopped for a few minutes of mary. Urkel called 10 v-ups Hollywood did some Flutter Kicks IC. Time was called!
