Some of us have given Shawshank the moniker “Swampshank” for good reason. YHC had a plan to go on one of the top fields today, but the three inches of water we had to run through foiled these plans. We had to settle for work in the parking lot instead. We missed some regulars, but looking forward to having everyone back out soon.

Line up at top of parking lot, facing the shelter
20 to 10’s:
- Merkins x 20, squats x 20, LBC x 20
- Run to end of parking lot island
- Reduce exercises by 1
- Run back to top of parking lot
- Rinse and repeat until you hit 10 reps
Line up facing shelter again
- Bear crawl back to end of island
- Burpees x 20
- Crawl bear back to starting line
- Burpees x 10
Mosey back to shelter
