Summer Blues, but get some work in!

Conditions : Muggy… nice 81 degrees 

Warm UP : in cadence SSH 20, 15 Little Baby Arm Circle forward and then back, 15 raise the roof, 15 imperial walker, 15 through the tunnel, 15 Hand release merkins.  Mosey to the blocks and then back to parking lot

The Thang:  little ladder drill, 20 block bench press, 15 curls for the girls, 10 squat with block on neck, 5 clean and press the block = 1 round held high plank till all Pax done then moved to the running portion.  Then did some suicide work, 1st speed bump and back then end of gym building and back, then second speed bump and back to start.  Rinse and Repeat till reach 100 reps on block bench press, then cycled through at start to get the rest of the reps to 100 all together.  Did not get the block clean and press to 100, settled for 50 reps.  Mosey back to put blocks away, then mosey to flag for abs for the last 4 mins. 1 exercise for minute then switch to finish up.
