Headed to block pile for a coupon then lined up on the edge of the bb court. Workout consisted of ladders of 30 reps then farmers carry to opposite end of the court and back, 20 reps farmers carry to opposite end of court and back, 10 reps farmers carry to end of court and back. Exercises were curls, overhead press, tricep extensions, block mercans, squats, curls, overhead press, triceps extension. Returned the blocks and headed back to the flag.
At the flag had time for flutter kicks for about 45 seconds.
