Today was definitely a little more chilly than expected – mostly caused by the wind. We managed to get a good workout in anyway.

Continue to end of the long breezeway near the front corner of the school. There we did a bunch of AB work mixed in with cornhole and burpees. The better you were at cornhole, the less burpees you had to do. We gave it a good shot, but did a bunch of burpees in total.

- Cornhole and burpees – you started with 12x burpees to do, but got a chance to lower the number by playing cornhole – 4 bag tosses – in the hole took off 3 burpees – on the board took off 1 – so you had a chance to lower to 0x burpees.
