Soaker VQ: Blocks and Dora

Awesome turnout for a VQ. Decent amount of mumble chatter and lots of pressure to match Tuesday’s Q by Lego. Successful day due to lack of splash merlot.

Short run to end of parking lot and then to the field next to the block pile.
First Exercise:
Side straddle hop x 20 IC
Little baby arm circles x 20 each way IC
Grab a block and partner up on the goal line (more difficult than I thought since there was confusion over a side line and goal line):

150 curls for girls as a team. P1 starts with curls as P2 runs to midfield and back, rotating until all curls are complete
200 bench presses (lying on back). P1 starts with presses as P2 runs to midfield and back
80 tricep extensions over the head. P1 starts as P2 runs. Same drill.

Lazy Doras:

P1 merkins x 10 while P2 planks. Rotate until 100 total merkins completed
P1 big boy sit-ups x 20 while P2 does the 6” leg hold. Rotate until 200 total bbs’s completed
P1 squats x 25 while P2 holds the squat position. Rotate until 200 total squats are completed

Return blocks to pile

Mosey back to shelter area:

Flutter kicks x 30
Merkin x 20
