Fun times were had today, despite missing many of our regulars. 5 for SL and everyone got after it during bootcamp (CD’s lousy SSH’s and 15-minute disappearance not withstanding). Also, great seeing Ramrod back out, who picked up some extra work today with at least 15 extra yards of non-linear, plank-walks.

The Lit Dinosaur Bucket:
YHC placed a bucket 20 yrds out for a landmark and all the pax partnered up.
6 rounds of P1 doing called exercise to the bucket while P2 is doing a core exercise until P1 returns, then switch.
Rounds were as follows:
R1: Broad jump once then 1 Bonnie Blair each leg (all the way to the bucket and back), P2 is doing core.
R2: Crawl bear 3 steps then 1 CDD (all the way to the bucket and back), P2 is doing core
R3: Lunge walk 2 steps then 3 Air Squats (all the way to the bucket and back), P2 is doing core
R4: Broad jump once then 1 burpee (all the way to the bucket and back), P2 is doing core
R5: Side Plank-walk 2 steps then 1 merkin (all the way to the bucket and back), P2 is doing core
R6: Bear crawl 2 steps then 1 merkin (all the way to the bucket and back), P2 is doing core
