Over the last few days YHC struggled with what to put together for Smokehouse. No one thing seemed fun so mashing a lot of things together seemed appropriate. YHC then let his mind wander and AMRAP seemed like a good idea. And from there combining some of the challenges from Gauntlet week seemed like something Smokehouse would have some fun with. Throw in a few tunes and good time should be had. Excellent mumble chatter! Great effort by all! More talk of cootie than should be legal!

10 Burpees OYO to start
Mosey to the bottom of parking lot

TTT x 13 IC
SSH x 20 IC
The Thang:
4 cones were aligned from bottom of parking lot back up to top sidewalk.
5 Burpees at the bottom then run to cone 1
Cone 1 = 20 BBSU. Then bear crawl to cone 2
Cone 2 = 20 Flutter kicks. Run to cone 3
Cone 3 = 20 Merkins. Bear crawl to cone 4
Cone 4 = 20 LBC’s. Run to sidewalk
Sidewalk = 10 burpees
Then work your way back down performing each exercise again only replacing the bear crawl with a burpees broad jump.
Rinse and repeat through several songs
Next – Borrowed the Reaper challenge
Start with 3 burpess then run to cone 1 and back. 3 more burpess. Then run to cone 2 and back with 3 more burpees at the bottom. Repeat for each cone but at cone 4 do 20 merkins and then run back to the bottom. Always 3 burpess at the bottom.
Rinse and Repeat for a few more songs
A little time for a variation of Mary. Perform an exercise at each cone with an added exercise of getting to the next cone. We can’t leave the cones behind.
