As YHC arrived for SL he noticed a Sad Clown shooting basketball by himself in front of his headlights at our basketball court. Odd yes but I’ve seen odder. Surely he’ll be gone by the time we come back from SL. Wrong he stayed through SL and BC. Tried to recruit him but no dice he has the Basketball Jones. Enough about the sad clown I promised the PAX we’d have some fun and fun is what we had.

Everyone warm, now get a partner and mosey to block pile and get 3 blocks between the two of you.
The Thing:
While your partner was performing a exercise you would farmer carry two blocks down 50 yards and return back to your partner. Then you would take over exercise and continue until desired muscle temp was met. All exercises were done with blocks to get to desired muscle temp quicker.
- Manimal Makers (Gorilla Squat combo with Overhead Press) x 50
- Block Squats x 100
- Curls for the Girls x 200
- Bent over rows x 250
- Bench x 300 “Remember Swole is the Goal and Size is the Prize”
Put blocks away and we were all ready to put them away. Head to “Wall of Shame”
