No Break during Spring Break

YHC was sitting at Kraft Draft a couple of weeks ago when some fellas from BeechHouse showed up for a few. One thing led to another, and I found myself on the Q sheet. The one thing Home Brew failed to mention when he signed me up…it’s Spring Freakin’ Break week and most of the guys would be DR. Thanks, buddy.

SheShed posted and we had a great time. The sky was clear, stars illuminated the sky, and blocks were found and enjoyed. Here’s how it went down.

Not much of a 1-minute warning, not much of a disclaimer, open in prayer.

Mosey from the flags to the blocks, grab a winner, and then face each other for COP.

SSH x 15 IC (weird when you only have another dude’s eyes to look into), TTT x 10 IC, Michael Phelps x 10 IC. Enough of COP.

Blockee Ladder

After each round, run approximately 100 yards for 15 merkins and 15 iron crosses.

Round 1 – 5 blockees

Round 2 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extenstions

Round 3 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extenstions, 15 block swings

Round 4 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extenstions, 15 block swings, 20 curls

Round 5 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extensions, 15 block swings, 20 curls, 30 oh presses

Round 6 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extensions, 15 block swings, 20 curls, 30 oh presses, 40 bent over rows

Round 7 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extensions, 15 block swings, 20 curls, 30 oh presses, 40 bent over rows, 50 squats

Recover – put blocks away and return to the flag.
