Blockee Ladder
After each round, run approximately 100 yards for 15 merkins and 15 iron crosses.
Round 1 – 5 blockees
Round 2 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extenstions
Round 3 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extenstions, 15 block swings
Round 4 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extenstions, 15 block swings, 20 curls
Round 5 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extensions, 15 block swings, 20 curls, 30 oh presses
Round 6 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extensions, 15 block swings, 20 curls, 30 oh presses, 40 bent over rows
Round 7 – 5 blockees, 10 tricep extensions, 15 block swings, 20 curls, 30 oh presses, 40 bent over rows, 50 squats
Recover – put blocks away and return to the flag.
