Mosey to the warmup area, no blocks today.
Warmup – YHC had been listening to the chatter on the SnakePit board and with the Dam to Dam just being done, decided a it has been a while since we’ve just done a jog around the stormwater pond. Having just walked it on Monday I thought it would be a good day to try it. (It also makes for a very easy BB)
We started out with a warm-up of Through the Tunnel, (10 IC), then started our mosey across the practice field, stopping occasionally to do some exercises, which just randomly came to my mind. We ran down the gravel road behind the stormwater pond, around to the front of the school, down the sidewalk along Platt Springs Road, then down the hill to the tennis courts and back across the football field, up the Big Boy Stairs and back to the flag. The total was a little over 2 miles. We had some time remaining, so the PAX circled up at the flag and did a little “dealers choice” with each PAX choosing an exercise.
