The Conditions – 32 degrees but warmed up quickly
The Thang
Collar – grab the blocks for 30 KB swings, 30 overhead press, 30 merkins on the block
Detour – run to the bottom of the Briarfield hill for 8 Burpees at the top and 20 LBCs at the bottom repeat with 9 Burpees and 20 LBCS and 10 Burpees
Garnish – run to the bus loop for some partner work
Round 1: Partner 1 runs the bus loop while Partner 2 does Flutter Kicks; Flip
Round 2: Partner 1 runs the bus loop while Partner 2 does LBCs; Flip
Round 3: Partner 1 runs the bus loop while Partner 2 does Freddy Mercury; Flip
Billy Bob – 3 sets of Wall Sits for 1 minute, 45 seconds and 30 seconds broken up with sets of 40 lunges, 20 lunges and 10 lunges. Finish with 30 knerkins
RA – 5 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 iron cross, and 15 incline merkins
