It was great to lead the PAX again on a great may morning. What started fun for YHC ended fun with lots of work in between. Thats all anyone could ask for. The PAX also had badger and his family on their minds as the red colors would suggest. Smokehouse PAX didnt know badger but our hearts and prayers went out to his family. Everyday that YHC can rise up and join the living is a blessing to him as well as to all F3 PAX. YHC cant say enough how much that he gets from being able to join his brothers every morning in the gloom. What started as a workout has become so much more. There are so many that would love to be able to experience what the PAX do every workout whether they realize it or not. So whether we are leading or following we are a part of something so much bigger than ourselves. Thanks to all smokehouse men that allow YHC to be involved(except Swayze). Enough sap, on to the workout.
