Meatball-Less Workout

We prayer for Meatball

Drop and immediately perform 30 Merkins OYO.

We then went right into four corner in the big parking lot. We performed 25 Merkins at each corner OYO and planked for the 6. 100 Merkins completed and a little running to warm up the body. A few complaints as well. TEE HEE HEE

Mosey to the block pile to retrieve and block and then off to the soccer field.

Lined up on goal line. Perform 25 Shoulder Presses OYO with the blocks, sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprinted forward to the far goal line and perform 25 Merkins OYO. Sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprint forward to the start and plank for the 6.

We then performed the same routine as above a second time.

Back to the goal line and perform 25 Carolina Dry Docks OYO on the block x 25, sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprinted forward to the far goal line and perform 25 Carolina Dry Docks OYO. Sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprint forward to the start and plank for the 6.

We then performed the same routine as above a second time.

Back to the goal line and perform Jump Squats x 25 OYO with the blocks, sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprinted forward to the far goal line and perform Squats x 25 OYO. Sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprint forward to the start and plank for the 6.

We then performed the same routine as above a second time.

Back to the goal line and perform Squats to Should Press with the blocks x 25 OYO (crowd pleaser), sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprinted forward to the far goal line and perform Squats x 25 OYO. Sprint backwards to the 50 yard line, turn and sprint forward to the start and plank for the 6.

We then performed the same routine as above a second time.

Out to time. Return blocks to the pile and mosey to the shovel flag. Heard some moans and groans out there which is always a good thing. Might have also heard someone call the YHC a name but couldn’t tell where it came from! I’m sure the YHC has been called worse!

YHC really enjoyed this mornings workout with this fine group of men, even on 4.25 hours of sleep!
