Lunges & Ladders

4 Pax brave the cold weather to get better this morning.  With the weather being brisk and the D2D coming up YHC wanted to keep the pax moving to stay warm.  I think I succeeded on both accounts.  Here is what we did.

Weather:  35 and windy

The Thang

The Ladder: do 1 exercise then run a lap around the parking lot.  Repeat that exercise then add the next and run another lap.  Continue up the ladder adding more exercises until you complete all 6 then R&R down the ladder.  The exercises were:

5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 lunges (ea leg), 20-squats, 25- bbsu and 30 mtn climbers (ea leg), covered a little over 2 miles

We finished up just in time. Mosey back to the flag>
