THE THANG:
Circle up for SSH for 20 and TTT for 15. Due to laughter and the Q’s inability to get the count and cadence correct, YHC said screw it let’s get started.
Move to each light pole by rotating between bear crawl, crab walk, lunges, and crawl bears.
At each light pole do 5 hand release Merkins, 3 Burpees, and 5 Smurf Jacks. (at one Pole to help Bonzia win a bet, we did 6 Smurf Jacks.
Went thru 12 light poles for total of 60 Hand Release Merkins, 36 Burpees, and 61 Smurf Jacks.
Turn around and run back, stopping at each pole for 10 BBSU. 120 total.
Back to Picnic shelter.
