YHC has been working on our new FNG for years. Living right across from the school 5-0 (formally known as Brian) ran out of excuses and joined us halfway thru the SSHs.
Line up at first Light pole at back pedal to second light pole and back to first pole. Stop at each island (8 total) for 10 squats.
Round two: same trip, but this time 10 jump squats at each island.
Mosey to back of school. stopping at gate. Single Leg Squats x5 each leg. Prisoner lunges for some distance. Broad jump rest of the way to the shed.
Calf Raises regular, toes out, toes in. 50 each
20 box jumps
10 step ups each leg.
