Wally – Wallsits with arm circles for about a minute and a half and pause for 15 mercans/15 russian twist (x2) , 4x sprints between speed bumps in the parking lot
Misfire – lunge walk 30 steps, calf raises 3 x 30 changing foot positions, 30 step lunge walk, 10 reps of abs x 10 exercises, shoulder taps and planks
Duckie – bear crawl up and crawl bear down mini hill, pull ups 3 x 5 reps, over to baseball field for run around the perimeter with merkins and LBCs at the foul poles.
