Hills and Chill?

It was only a normal 46 degrees this morning right? Well, tuck em up buttercup and let’s get to work.

It is shame this is the first BB in a few Q’s this humble correspondent has written. It may not feel like it should be important but it is one of the core parts of every F3 workout for a reason. It is a documentation of our workouts, PAX, prayers, jokes, bs, and memories in the gloom together. If you didn’t or couldn’t post it is what you read in the porcelain nook to know what you missed out on and why you are getting “gently” picked on for missing out. It should instill FOMO on the next post and encourage the loosening of the fartsacks hold. Cobains for all the ones that haven’t been written by this guy that should have been.

Sap crap over. This morning 5 PAX were in for a 2.5 mile Q filled with Burpees until bum leg Bundy told YHC a story. Sometimes you got to modify to meet demand. You don’t have to run far to get a good workout, just a few feet up a hill will do.  Every one that wasn’t there was missed, even if you haven’t been yet.

Conditions: 46 and nipply

COP: A few regular warm ups like TTT, LBAC’s, Windmill, and Merkins x10 IC, 5 Burpees OYO.

Mosey to the block pile but grab a pipe full of water.

Plank up to think about the bootcamp change order. Low plank 30s, Hydraulics 10 IC, High Plank 30s, Shoulder taps 10 IC,

Mosey to Hite Hill. 10 Burpees at bottom run to top, come back down, 10 Burpees Up to the top and back down. (same pattern) 20 Merkins, Up/Down, 20 Merkins Up/Down. 40 Squats (with water pipe) Up/Down 40 Squats Up/Down.

Round of Mary, everyone gets a turn.

Make way back to put up pipes with some pearls on the way. 10 Burpees on first curve of track back. 10 Burpees + 20 Merkins at the second curve back. 10 burpees + 20 merkins + 40 Squats at the end of the track near block pile.

Mosey to ticket booth. 5 burpees at booth run to next pole,  4 burpees at the pole, 3 burpees at the next pole, 2 burpees, 1 when you get back to the imaginary flag.

3 minutes for Mary.

Time.

Great time was had by all.
