YHC began with the usual disclaimer, and then added two more: “This may be my first Q in one year, and my fourth in four years.” And, “This workout may have been borrowed from Subby.” Unfortunately, it was much warmer this morning than when he led it the first time!

Depart parking lot running under covered walkway, toward front of school on Woodrow

• Proceed to the corner of Woodrow and Wheat upon completion of bearcrawls; do SSH while waiting on the 6
Proceed down Wheat St. toward Maple – pause at Maple
• Burpees – 10 (OYO)
Continue down Wheat turning left onto Holly and left into the St. Johns parking lot
