CONDITIONS
A perfect 46 degrees and mostly dry conditions (in the track area at least). Partly cloudy, with a 40% chance of rain that never materialized. PAX chippy (RIP) and energized thanks mostly to an FNG in our midst (more on him later), but also at the sight of 5 basketballs that had been staged adjacent to the track. What the heck are those things for??? PAX be like…

DISCLAIMER/WARM UP
We circled up, gave our FNG a warm welcome and then hit him with the legal disclaimer to let him know we mean business. After that, it was indeed business time…..
Warm up was the following shamefest:
- Side Straddle Hops X 10 IC (rotate through all PAX, making awkward eye contact)
- Imperial Walkers X 10 IC (looking toward the ground in shame)
- Hillbillies x 10 IC (looking toward Lumbergh in shame)
- Slow Squats x 10 IC (getting stared at by Lumbergh…..)
THE THANG
Count off by 1’s and 2’s and get with your group, a perfect 7 on 7 match up. Even teams, that never happens! What an awesome way to start the day!

Today’s Q was a little bit of a choose your own adventure workout. If by choose your own adventure YHC means, you are still doing the same stuff, but you do get to pick the order in which you do it.
There were 10 different types of exercises (see white board above). You earn 1 point for your team (or 0.5 points for each team if you are JDee, #thanx4playing) for completing all the reps in a set. The “Big Lap” is 0.3 miles around the outside driveways.
The three basketball laps were all on the inner track (~0.2 miles). One lap dribble only the right hand, one lap dribble only the left hand, one lap alternate between. 5 burpee penalty each time you lost the ball off the track. Modify the basketball laps by karaoke/run backwards laps.
The 100 Block Exercises could be anything you choose….squats with block, curls, rows, blockees, murder bunnies (JK, LOL on the last two).
In all his excitement, YHC forgot to have PAX tally up their totals before we gathered for the COT, so we don’t really know which team won. I guess you could say as a Q and a person well….
but since we all busted our asses today, it’s safe to say we are all winners, right?
