YHC received message from AOQ Hemingway to get on the Q sheet and YHC knew it had been a long time since posted at this AO. YHC has been running mostly on Saturday mornings but it was great to get back out there to a Saturday BC. It was a great morning of fitness, fellowship, faith and conversation with Hemingway this morning. YHC had been thinking about trying this workout at BC and figured now was good a time as any to try it out. As it neared six o’clock YHC was still the only PAX there but figured Hemingway would surely come and finally saw those head lights pulling into the parking lot and then I knew we were good to go for this new workout.
Conditions: Perfect for burpees
YHC & Hemingway got started after short prayer.
We headed out on the Big Loop around the school at a decent pace. Stopped to do SSH, Squats, LBACs, & OH Claps IC x 15 at several stops along the loop.
We returned to the gym and YHC explained the workout, got the music going and we got started.
Pick out a parking space…start in one corner, 20 burpees, move to the next corner, 19 burpees, next corner, 18 burpees…we continued until we finished 11 burpees…then we ran the Murph mile loop…got back started back with the sequence at 10 burpees until we finished at 1 burpee.

Great time this morning at Cryptonite with Hemingway, great time of Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. We both got better this morning for sure. In total we completed 210 burpees and just at 3 miles during the workout.
