Mosey to cone 1 near shovel flag

Cones are set up around the outside of the parking lot. Cone 1 is near the shovelflag, Cone 2 is to the right and so on all the way around to Cone 9. One of the pax rolls a 10 sided die (numbers on the die are 0-9), the number that is rolled is the cone that we run to (starting to the right like a combination lock- the next roll we run left). The exercises are as follows (the cone number is the number of exercises done at each station) Cone 1- 8 ct burpee, Cone 2- jump squats, Cone 3- hand release merkins, Cone 4- Big boy sit ups, Cone 5- diamond merkins, Cone 6- 4 ct flutter kicks, Cone 7- t-plank merkins, Cone 8- 4 ct lbcs, Cone 9- merkins. If a zero is rolled- run a lap.

#1 rolled twice, #2 rolled twice, #3 rolled 3 times, #4 rolled 2 times, #5 rolled 2 times, #6 rolled 0 times, #7 rolled 4 times, #8 rolled 2 times, #9 3 times, zero was rolled 2 times. These are estimates. For exact count contact Hanging Chad. Ran just short of 3 miles total.

The last 8 minutes of the workout, we started at cone #1 completing that exercise and then to cone 2 and so on until we finished at cone #9. And someone said what about the zero so we finished with 1 lap.
