Warmup – After having done the IronPAX challenge on Tuesday, YHC wanted to do something similar to keep the PAX in shape for next week, so a classic workout was pulled from my Google Drive with a little twist.

The Pax partnered up and proceeded to the goal line of the practice field.

  • “B” One PAX bear crawls to the 10-yard line while the other does burpees. Swap positions when they return. Keep going until 50 burpees are done.
  • Indian Run around the track to cool off and rest.
  • “O” One PAX does farmers carry with two blocks to the 20-yard line while the other does overhead claps. Swap positions when they return. Keep going until 100 overhead claps are done.
  • Indian Run around the track to cool off and rest.
  • “M” One PAX  does curls with one coupon to the 30-yard line while the other does merkins. Swap positions when they return. Keep going until 150 merkins are done.
  • Indian Run around the track to cool off and rest. (This is where we ran out of time, so headed to the flag,)
  • “B” One PAX does tricep extensions to the 40-yard line while the other PAX does big boy situps. Swap positions when they return. Keep going until 200 big boy situps are done.
  • Indian Run around the track to cool off and rest.
  • “S” One PAX does Cusack to the 50-yard line while the other PAX does squats. Swap positions when they return. Keep going until 250 squats are done.
