Good to be back out at the Shank. It’s been a while. 13 other men including an FNG awaited YHC in the gloom. Familiar faces and familiarity were a comfort. Also, good to see our most recent FNGs continuing to post (Garth, Duff, Runaway).

- At goal line, Blockees x 5
- Run to cone 1, Mt Climbers x 15 (2-ct)
- Run to cone 2, Squat Jumps x 15
- Run to cone 3, Iron Cross x 15
- Run to far goal line, Burpees x 5
- Repeat exercises coming back
- At start goal line, Curls x 15
- Plank-o-rama waiting on the 6
- R&R x 3
Set 2
- At goal line, Merkins on block x 10
- Run to cone 1, Plank Jacks x 15 (2-ct)
- Run to cone 2, Bobby Hurleys x 15
- Run to cone 3, Flutter kicks (2-ct) x 15
- Run to far goal line, Carolina Dry Docks x 10
