Warm up 

10 reps 4ct IC standard F3 exercises 

The thangs,

 

Wild Hog and Slumlord went running and YHC and Hoist proceeded with workout below 👇

First exercise block burpees and bear crawl block drags. Bear crawl from goal-line to the 10-yard line perform one block burpee. Proceed to the 20-yard line 2 block burpees every ten yards adding an additional block Burpee until you reach the other side of the field goal line for ten block burpees 

Next lunge walk from goal line to the 10-yard line with your block(any position) perform one block squat. Proceed to the 20-yard line balance walking with your block and perform 2 block squats. Continue proceeding down the field in 10 yd increments until you reach the other goal line and 10 block squats


Next we change up the pattern.

Leave the block on the goal line run 10 yards and returned perform one block swing. Next run 20 yards and return perform two blocks swings and so on until you run from one goal line to the other returning and completing 10 block swings.

Wide deep sumo squat  block holds 30 secs x 3

Return blocks and mosey to shovel flag…wait where is it? Someone was supposed to bring it but they didn’t show. 👎
