Plank until the 4th person is finished with the BBSU
Step 4: 25 Burpees with 2 full dips after each Burpee once finished do 50 Big Boy Sit Ups
Plank until the 4th person is finished with the BBSU
Step 5: Run out to the circle drive and circle up at the first light pole – next 25 Air Squats in Cadence
Step 6:Run on the circle drive to the 2nd light pole and circle up – next 20 Air Squats in Cadence
Step 7: Run on the circle drive to the 4th light pole and circle up – next 20 Air Squats in Cadence
Step 8: Run on the circle drive to the 6th light pole and circle up – next 15 Air Squats in Cadence
Step 9: Run on the circle drive to the 8th light pole and circle up – next 10 Air Squats in Cadence
Step 10: Run on the circle drive to the 10th light pole and circle up – next 5 Air Squats in Cadence
Step 11: Run on the circle drive back to the 8th light pole and circle up – next 20 Merkins in Cadence
Run back to the starting point and plank for one minute – next 50 Flutter Kicks in Cadence
