With no one on the Q sheet, AOQ came up with a quick one. May have been a little easy coming off a holiday weekend staring down the barrel of IPC wk 1. Once the monotony was accepted everyone seemed to accept it.

Warmuos included SSH, TTT, LBAC (think darpa may have called these), possibly IW
Moseyed to the parking aisle nearest the bus entrance and lined up on the first parking stripe. Exercise on each stripe was 4 Squat, 5 BBSU, 4 mercan. Moved up the lot together. After about 10 stripes moseyed to the end and back to resume 454s. After about 10 more, moseyed to end and back again. Finished the stripes and moseyed back to the flag.
A couple minutes left usedbup with some mary. FKs….possibly something else
