Mosey down the hill, around the track (fast runners stop and max out on pullup bars; slow runners keep going), grab a block, and back to track.

Partner 1 – Farmers Carry around track
Partner 2 – 25 merkins then catch up then trade off

Lap 2
Partner 1 – STH around track
Partner 2 – 25 BBS then catch up

Partner 1 – Backward run around track
Partner 2 – 25 monkey humpers then catch up
