The weather: 70 and a little less humid
8 pax bring great effort today and 1 (coon dog) for SL. The numbers for my team relay plan weren’t multiples of 3 like i expected, but we didn’t let a little math stop us (for long) and major work was done.

The Thang(s):
We divided up in teams of 4. One pax is doing the below counted exercises, while the pax at the other end is doing as many as possible of the core exercise until the running pax get to him (50yds). Then switch and keep going until all of the below cumulative team reps are done.
100 Team Blockees –>Mt Climbers (as many as possible)
125 Team Block Thrusters –>V-Ups (as many as possible)
150 Team Kettlebell Swings –> LBC’s (as many as possible)
175 Team Merkins –>American Hammers (as many as possible)
200 Team Squats with your block –>Hold High Plank
