This workout was inspired by Alterboy on twitter and Kimye (Coach Gomez) who two weeks ago had us run 10×400 repeats on the track in the same fashion as above. “You will get faster!”, he said. I believe him. He IS a professional! All who posted turned in phenomenal efforts and the effort will turn dividends on future races (BRR… Quarry Run… )
