Mosey over to the Boneyard brick/block/paver pile
Grab the three bulky pavers (got the side eye/what do you expect us to do with those look when grabbing these), three regular blocks, and three sets of Boneyard Bricks. Break off into three groups; Pavers, Blocks, Bricks.
Circuit went like this; Complete exercise with your Paver, Block, or Bricks and then run down two lights and back. Rotate to the next group, complete exercise, down two lights and back, and then rotate to the final group, down lights and back. Complete the rotation four times. Second round of the circuit was the same, except we completed the rotation two times.
Paver Press x 5 (crowd pleaser; paver is big, bulky, heavy, awkward)
Block Swing x 10
Brick Front Raise x 10/Lateral Raise x 10
Paver Shrug x 10
Block Press x 10
Brick Arnold Press x 10
Put everything back up and mosey over to the pull-up bars. Max set of pull-ups. Mosey back to the flag for some Mary.
