Ten PAX posted and push one another through our workout on a cool 48 degree dry morning. Well, the air was dry…the ground, not so much.

Start where we stand: SSS x20 IC, Merkin x20 IC, Windmill x20 IC, Mtn. Climber x20 IC, TTT x20 IC, Plank Jacks x20 IC

Mosey to the brick planters and find a spot: Step Ups (left leg) x20 OYO, Dips x20 IC, Decline Merkin x15 IC, Step Ups (right leg) x20 OYO, Dips x20 IC, Incline Merkin x20 IC, Jump Ups x20 OYO, Dips x20 IC, Decline Merkin x5 IC

Mosey to the field and line up with the first of four trees: Tres Trees Suicides,  Tres Trees Suicides with exercise each time you get to a tree (tree 1=5 squats, tree 2=5 BBSU, tree 3=5 Burpees)

Rinse and Repeat: Suicides and Suicides with exercises.

Mosey to the steps: Bunny Hop up the steps, 1 Happy Jack, run down, 10 LBC, Bunny Hop up, 2 Happy Jacks, run down, 20 LBC, Bunny Hop up, 3 Happy Jacks, run down, 30 LBC, and hold the final crunch until the 6 arrives.

To the wall: Break into 2 groups of 5 PAX. 3 PAX wall sits, 1 PAX Balls to the Wall, 1 pax run down the hill, 5 Burpees, Bear Crawl up the hill. Rotate until all PAX get a turn in each spot.
