Roll out the #ManDice at #Boneyard

After being thoroughly shocked by Mac’s wardrobe choice to celebrate Superhero Day Pt. 2 @ Crypt (thank goodness there were no wardrobe malfunctions), 8 Pax chose to get better sans running.  While the game of dice didn’t take nearly as long as YHC had hoped, the Pax brought the pain with 2 solid rounds of Dealer’s Choice Mary to round out a solid workout.  Nice work by all.

Conditions: 50, clear

The Thang:

Mosey to well-lit corner near the entry display board to circle up.
COP (all IC):
SSH 20
Lil Arm Circles (10 fwd/10 bkwd)
Windmill 20
IW 20
Merkins 10
Thru The Tunnel 20
Squats 20

Dice Game:
Each Pax takes turns rolling the #ManDice
Evens = LBCs
Odds = Merkins
Continue rolling until all numbers (2-12) have been rolled.
Pax hit 2 & 12 way earlier than YHC expected.  We were done in ~15 mins!  New dice record!

Dealers’ Choice Mary:
2x around the circle (each Pax leading 2 exercises)
I don’t have all the exercises in order, but some of them contained…
Dying cockroach
Guantanimos
LBC’s
BBS
Russian Twist
WWII Sit Ups
Flutter Kicks
More Guantanimos
Nerkin-Merkin-Werkin (narrow, standard, wide merks)
Hello Dolly
Heel Touches

Closing dice roll:
# = burpees to close out The Thang (9!  nice roll)

Moleskin:
-Great work by the Pax.  This was my first time @ Boneyard & needless to say, YHC will definitely be back with more fun & games…(& pain!).
-Superhero day (and all themed Q’s) always remind me why the Lexington Pax are the best in F3Nation.  Hardworking, motivating, but also not taking themselves too seriously.  Anytime you can get back in your car with an ache in your legs & a smile on your face, you know it’s been a good posting.

Announcements:
-All of the usual weekly events + GRL & advance signups for long runs (BRR, Lexington Half, etc.)
