Weather: 55 degrees, a little cool but quickly warmed up
We had a small turnout (something to do about rucks . . .whatever). But the pax who were there demanded high intensity, so YHC tried to deliver. By the end of workout it was decided this workout needed to come back to the Shank so more could benefit from the pleasure that is Poker F3 Style
The Thang:
Run / jog long way around soccer field. meet back near bathroom area for a little poker
The rules are simple and slightly painful:
The Number on the card represented the number of reps (face cards are ten)
The suite dictated the exercise:
Hearts – Burpees
Clubs – T Clap Merkins
Diamonds – V-up Situps
Spades – Low Squats
Aces – sprint length of field and back
Early on Lego admitted his wife shuffled the deck for him the night before. About 1/3 of the way thru the pax were convinced she had stacked the deck. Going to have to talk to her about that.
