8 PAX assembled at the SnakePit in the gloom to experience the Bite of Thee Snake himself. After the reminder in COP that there was going to be a PT test today, YHC and the PAX quickly realized that we needed some anti-Venom ASAP. With our resident Mumblechatter expert still in the fartsack, the PAX relied the their downPAINment’s from previous weeks. After learning the results of the PT Test, it was clear that the PAX had the anti-Venom in them all along. Well Done Men!!!

Rinse and repeat minus a few reps
Mosey to Stadium stairs
Stairs of Fire- One PAX choose’s an exercise then sprints stairs while others Amrap the exercise until his return. Rinse and repeat until all PAX have chose exercise and sprinted stairs.
