Bday Party turns Block Party

23 men rose from the fartsack to join YHC in celebrating his Bday, what better way to celebrate than a good ole fashion beatdown!  YHC looks forward to another year of getting better and what better way than adding to the place I call home #Crypt.  Since it was a party, YHC knew that he would need parting gifts, so 22 big boy cinderblocks was my gift to the Crypt, now the blocks have a new home in the woods and are ready to be added to weinkes for years to come.  Mubblechatter was high with the reigning mubblechatter champ in attendance, with Thumbs Up giving him a run for his money.

Exercise 1-Partner 1 does Block Plyo explosion merkins while 2 sprints across and back. Switch

Exercise 2- Russian Twist with block x20

Exercise 3- 1 does block swings while 2 bear crawls across sprints back. Switch

Exercise 4- Partner BBSU pass the block x20

Exercise 5- 1 does burpees x20 while 2 does Mountain Climbers on blocks. Switch

Exercise 6- Lunge with block, 1/2 the field and back. Eventhough, mumblechatter would concur that we went 3/4 instead

Exercise 7-Boat/Canoe on block

Exercise 8- 1 does two block bent over rows while 2 sprints. Switch

Exercise 9- Squat press with block x20

Exercise 10- Shoulder press x20

Exercise 11- Curls for girls x20
