From time to time, a grown man needs to go out in the rain. It is good for the soul. Today was one of those days. With the Q spot wide open, YHC signed up with no guarantees of keeping anyone dry. And dry we did not keep.
Conditions- Tropical Storm Elsa
COP- SSH x 10 IC, TTT x 10 IC, Arm circle circuit x 10 IC, Imperial Walkers x 10 IC
Mosey to bus loop to plank and await instructions in the pouring rain.
In honor of Elsa, we did the following
E- Everests (squat followed by a lunge)
L- LBCs (on the wet pavement)
A- American Hammers (on the wet pavement)
Then run a lap. We started at 10 reps, ran a lap, then 9 reps ran a lap, etc. etc. all the way to 1. Once completed, we planked in the pouring rain.
10 merkins OYO and then mosey back toward the shovel flag.
Sprint time. Sprint against the wind to the first light pole (30 yards), mosey back. Sprint against the wind to the second tree (50 yards), mosey back. Spring against the wind to last light pole (80 yards), mosey back.
