4 Pax beat the fartsack to show up for Wapner and YHC’s Co-Q at Tread. The pax got in some miles with rucks and then swung a few bells.

Wapner led the ruck portion. After rucking, YHC called some KB stretch without your KB oyo to warmup.
The pax had great conversation and did lots of exercises 20 reps OYO.
