Wapner? Again? Really?

Today was supposed to be the PT test, but due to the Gauntlet, the PT test was rescheduled. So, for the 3rd time in a row, YHC Qed at TP. Thanks to the other 4 PAX that showed up and blistered the weinke (that IS NOT what she said). The workout may look similar to Saturday, but it’s not the same  and even if it was, meh, I don’t care.

Mosey to the wall under the front breezeway for several rounds of fun.

Round 1: All but one PAX wall sit while one PAX runs to the middle of the breezeway and drops for 10 merkins then runs to the other side and wall sits. Repeat until all PAX are wall sitting on the other side.

Round 2: All but one PAX plank while one PAX runs to the middle of the breezeway and does 20 squats then runs to the other side and planks. Repeat until all PAX are planking on the other side.

Round 3: All but one PAX air chair while one PAX runs to the middle of the breezeway and does 30 imperial walkers then runs to the other side and air chairs. Repeat until all PAX are air chairing on the other side.

Round 4: All but one PAX hold six inches (this was more difficult for some PAX than others) while one PAX runs to the middle of the breezeway and does 40 calf raises then runs to the other side and holds six inches. Repeat until all PAX are holding six inches on the other side.

Round 5: All but one PAX planks while one PAX runs to the middle of the breezeway and does 50 flutter kicks then runs to the other side and planks. Repeat until all PAX are planking on the other side.

Next we moseyed to the parking lot. Start on the near side with 5 merkins; run to the other side for 5 burpees; run to the other side for 5 squats; run back to the far side for 5 BBSU.

Line up on the low wall. 15 dips, run to the middle and do 15 merkins then back to the wall and do 15 squats back to the middle and do 15 LBCs.
