9 PAX posted for some quality triple nickels and a ton of stairs. Humidity was strong, but the PAX got after it. 33.3% participation in #TanktopTuesday, which hasn’t really taken off like I was hoping. But I’m not gonna get discouraged. Next week we ride again

3rd set- 5 up downs, run up stairs, 5 squat jumps, back down and rinse and repeat 5 times
