Quisenberry summed it up perfectly when he said that Team Canseco winning 8-7 over Team Booster when YHC was Qing was like an underdog going on the road and winning one when they probably shouldn’t. Standings after 6 workouts: Team Booster leads Team Canseco 3-2-1. Still a lot of season left. Anyhow- now to business- 15 PAX posted on a cold morning at TP for a lot of bear crawls and some other stuff. Great to have Kyrie back in the gloom.

SSH, through the tunnel, imperial walkers, squats, mountain climbers
Mosey to the bottom of the hill on the track. 10 merkins IC, bear crawl up the hill, sprint to the far BB goal and back sprint down the stairs- now the PAX know the pattern. Bout here in the workout Globogym showed up and sealed Team Canseco’s win.
PAX partnered up and one partner performed the following exercise while the other did the bear crawl lap. Tag each other when a lap is complete. PAX must complete the total number of exercises as a team. Every other exercise we reversed the lap and did crawl bears down the hill and stairs up the hill
100 merkins then wait as a team doing wall sits.
100 squat jumps then plank.
250 mt. climbers then wall sits
50 burpees then planks.
Some PAX modified as necessary, some PAX, on their last lap, instead of crawl bears got a running start and baseball slid down the icy/frosty hill.
Slow indian run back to shovel flag for a few min of mary.
