14 PAX posted for a tour of Midway sequel edition. Humidity was strong, but the PAX got after it. #TanktopTuesday hasn’t really taken off like I was hoping. But I’m not gonna get discouraged. Next week we ride again.

Mosey up the parking lot a bit for COP all IC. TTT x 10, LBAC forward and back x 11, windmill x 10, motivators x 5
Mosey to bus loop and partner up. One partner does an active exercise, the other a more static. Flap jack and then rinse and repeat. This station was run the bus loop while the partner did squat jumps.
Mosey to planter. One did either bear crawl, crab walk, or duck walk around planter while partner did incline merkins.
Mosey to little hill by bus loop. Bear crawl up hill while partner does monkey humpers.
Mosey to breezeway. Run to other end, burpee, then run back while partner does shoulder tap.
Mosey to parking lot row for grand finale. Run to other end while partner does burpees.
